The terms for the Cocoon pre-launch website and UK waitlist.

Who we are

Cocoon is a product brand of Voicecenta Ltd, company number 16500651, registered office at 6 Nelson Street, Southend-On-Sea, England, SS1 1EF.

In these terms, we, us and our mean Voicecenta Ltd. Cocoon means the Cocoon product and brand.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of hellococoon.app and the current UK launch waitlist. They do not yet govern a paid Cocoon account, app subscription or production service.

Separate or updated service and purchase terms will be presented before you create a paid account or subscribe to Cocoon. Nothing on the current website requires you to buy the service later.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful personal or business-information purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, automate abusive requests or use the waitlist dishonestly.

We may block or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, waitlist, users or our systems.

UK waitlist eligibility

To join the current waitlist you must:

• be aged 16 or over;
• be resident in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland);
• provide a valid UK telephone number and valid email address; and
• provide accurate information.

We may remove duplicate, fraudulent, automated or ineligible entries. Joining the waitlist does not create a Cocoon account or contractual obligation for us to make the service available by a particular date.

Waitlist communications

By joining, you ask us to manage your registration and agree that we may use the required details to send an account/access invitation and material changes to the waitlist. These are service communications connected with the registration you requested.

You can ask to leave the active waitlist at any time by contacting privacy@hellococoon.app.

Founder launch pricing

Our current launch intention is to make founder launch pricing from £6/month for the first year available to the first 10,000 eligible UK customers who complete a qualifying Cocoon subscription.

No payment is taken through the current waitlist. Before any purchase, we will show the applicable plan, price, billing period, eligibility conditions and purchase/cancellation terms. If the launch offer changes materially before subscriptions open, we will update the website and any relevant invitation information.

Optional marketing

You may separately opt into Cocoon news, product updates and offers by email and/or WhatsApp. These choices are optional and are not a condition of joining the waitlist.

You may withdraw either choice at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we record and use those preferences.

Pre-launch product information

The website describes Cocoon as a planned personal AI representative product, including intended call, messaging, appointment, context and permission features. Pre-launch demonstrations, screenshots, examples and feature descriptions illustrate the intended experience.

Features, channel integrations, availability, device support, pricing and launch timing may change as development, testing, provider availability, legal requirements and app-store requirements are finalised. We will not treat a pre-launch description as a promise that every illustrated feature will be available on the first day of launch.

Intellectual property

The Cocoon name, website, design, text, graphics, software, demonstrations and other materials are owned by Voicecenta Ltd or used under licence. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, scrape, republish or exploit protected material except where law permits or we give permission.

Third-party websites and services

The site may link to third-party services or describe integrations such as Apple, Google, WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta services and others. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. A reference to an intended integration does not mean the third party sponsors or endorses Cocoon.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website reasonably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or remove parts of the pre-launch site for maintenance, security, development or legal reasons.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, the current website is provided for pre-launch information and waitlist registration. You should not rely on it as an emergency, medical, legal, financial or other professional service.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by misuse of the website, but this does not affect rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.

We may update these terms as the launch arrangements evolve. The date at the top shows the current version. We will communicate material waitlist changes where appropriate.
