Leave the waitlist or ask us to delete your data.

The current Cocoon site does not create an app account. If you joined the UK waitlist, you can ask to be removed at any time.

Current pre-launch process

Email privacy@hellococoon.app from the address used for your waitlist registration and tell us that you want to leave the waitlist or withdraw a marketing choice.

What happens

We keep the process straightforward.

01Waitlist removal

We remove you from the active waitlist promptly after a verified request.

02Marketing opt-out

You can withdraw email and WhatsApp marketing choices separately. We may retain minimal suppression information so we do not contact you again against that choice.

03Future accounts

Before Cocoon paid accounts launch, this page will be updated with the in-app account-deletion route and production retention details.
