ABOUT COCOON
Cocoon is the personal space where your AI representative lives. Your representative learns how you want things handled, understands the context you choose to share and helps manage approved interactions within the boundaries you set. It holds the relationships, preferences, availability, knowledge and permissions that help your representative understand how you want everyday situations handled.
Cocoon gives your representative a protected place to understand your life and operate within boundaries you control. It brings together the people who matter, your preferences, availability, routines, permissions, stored knowledge and recent interactions.
The name reflects the role the product plays around your life. Cocoon creates a calm protective layer between you and avoidable interruptions while still allowing important people and situations through.
No. Cocoon is the protected environment. The AI inside it is your named personal representative.

No. Cocoon is designed for individuals, families and everyday life. It is not a call-centre platform, sales assistant, virtual receptionist or business workflow dashboard.
Your representative can act independently within the permissions you have already approved. When something falls outside those boundaries, it should stop, ask or return the decision to you.
THE AI INSIDE COCOON
A personal AI representative is a named AI that understands enough about your preferences, relationships and permissions to act on your behalf during approved everyday interactions. Unlike a traditional assistant that waits for a command, your representative can help when the interruption arrives.
Cocoon is the environment. Your representative is the AI within it. Cocoon provides the personal context, boundaries and controls. Your representative uses them to help you.

MEETING YOUR REPRESENTATIVE

No. Cocoon is designed around guided conversation rather than complicated settings or dashboards.
No. You can begin with one useful area, such as calls, messaging or appointments, and add more context naturally over time.
A useful place to begin is who should always be able to reach you, which calls or messages you would rather not handle, when you should not be interrupted, what your representative may share and what it should never do without asking.
Cocoon may ask who matters, which interruptions should always reach you, which calls should be screened, when you are usually unavailable and when your representative should stop and ask.
No. Cocoon becomes more useful through ordinary conversation and everyday use. You do not need to provide every detail before your representative can begin helping.

Cocoon is designed to support connected messaging channels including WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messaging, as well as calls. Availability can depend on platform integration, region and the permissions enabled.
Yes. Cocoon is designed around the person and relationship rather than treating each channel as a separate interaction. If the same person moves from WhatsApp to a call, the relevant relationship, availability and permission context can still apply.
